All transactions that are real estate related must have a disclosure letting everyone involved know how the Buyer or Seller is being represented by an Agent. Fiduciary disclosure and loyalty are are given to the Buyer or Seller as represented in the Agency Disclosure.
Buyer Broker Agreement
An agreement between the Buyer and the Broker, stating that the Buyers Agent has the right to be compensated for his time and work. If you are still concerned, feel free to test drive me first, give me a time frame you are comfortable with. You name the terms.
